• August 2017 : August 2017, Vanntha Ngorn , Won the award  Cash Prize from Crossing the Chasm Challenge Organized by National University of Singapore (NUS) Singapore.

• June 2017 : Color silk was selected as a shortlisted participant in the National Pitching Day of Accelerate2030.

• November 2015 : Color Silk (Cambodia)  won ASEAN Business Awards 2015 as AEC “Priority Integration Sector Excellence Award – Textiles” from ASEAN-BAC , Luala Lumpur , Malaysia

• 2015 : Color Silk was selected by Maybank fondation to be part of The Maybank Women Eco Weaves program. The Maybank Silk Weaving Training Center was built in Takeo with Maybank’s financial support to boost silk production in Cambodia. The training center will select about 50 women to train in weaving free of charge per year. 

 

• 2013 : Color Silk was awarded and elected to join the 5th global forum in South Africa from Mekong Women Entrepreneur Challenge contest organized by the InfoDev and the World Bank. Color Silk got a grant supported from ICCO Cooperation to run 3 programs and included a set of fullworkshop to provide an excellent tailoring service, to produce silk dress , uniform , jacket, casual dress and othersilk gifts.

 

• 2012 : Color Silk was selected by Graduate students from Georgetown University (USA) to get free consulting and free oversea market research.

 

• 2011 : Color Silk was awarded a grant from Starbucks, Starbucks Share Planet Grant, through YouthActionNet program collaboration between the International YouthFoundation (IYF) and the Starbucks Foundation. Color Silk was selected to the final Presentation Round of the Global Social Venture Competition—South East Asia, in Bangkok, Thailand.

 

• 2010 : Vanntha Ngorn, founder of Color Silk, was awarded as one of the 20 global fellows (young lead social enterprise) by Youth Action Net,  a program developped by the International Youth Foundation (IYF) in the United States.

 

• 2008 : Color Silk was selected among the top ten of prioritized plans in a business plan competition that was organized by Mckinsey & Company with the National University of Management in Phnom Penh.
